Frequently asked questions
What information do you need for a quotation?
A 2D drawing or 3D model, the material grade or standard, annual volume and any surface treatment or packaging requirement. If a drawing is not ready, a sketch with key dimensions is enough for a first review.
Do you support prototypes and small series?
Yes. Laser cutting and flexible bending set-ups let us produce prototypes and validation batches without hard tooling, then transfer the part to series tooling once the design is frozen.
Which documentation can you provide?
Material certificates, dimensional reports, capability studies and PPAP-style documentation packages are available on request and agreed before production release.
How do you ship internationally?
Parts are packed to an agreed packaging specification and shipped by sea or air, with container loading plans prepared for volume programmes.
